Answered questions and even let me watch for awhile. He explained steps to take to make sure it adhered to my top (the black bottom portion) and when I saw it it looked like it was melded onto the top. He even managed to get the wrap between my badges and under the rear door handle. (I went to a ceramic coating business afterwards and they were very impressed by that detail.)
