How long will your
wrap last?
Answer a few questions about how you use and store your vehicle and we'll estimate your wrap's lifespan.
A quality wrap can last 5–7 years. How you use, store, and care for your vehicle determines where in that range you'll land.
Based on your inputs, your wrap should last well within the typical range. Follow the care guide to get the most out of your investment.
The difference between a wrap that lasts 4 years and one that lasts 7 often comes down to a few simple habits.
Park out of direct sun
UV exposure is the single biggest factor in wrap degradation. A garage or covered spot adds 1–2 years to your wrap's life versus daily full-sun parking.
Hand wash every 1–2 weeks
Regular hand washing with mild soap removes contaminants before they damage the vinyl. Avoid brush car washes — they scratch and lift edges over time.
Remove bird droppings immediately
Bird droppings are acidic and will permanently etch or stain vinyl if left to sit. The sooner you address them, the better.
Inspect edges regularly
Catching a lifted edge early means a quick, inexpensive fix. Left unchecked, lifted edges allow moisture underneath, which leads to larger repairs.
Apply a vinyl-safe sealant
A vinyl-compatible spray sealant every few months adds a UV-protective layer and keeps the surface looking fresh. Never use standard carnauba wax.
Rinse off road salt promptly
In winter, rinse salt off the vehicle as soon as possible — especially around edges and seams. Salt accelerates adhesive wear and can cause premature lifting.
